A conversation with Tiny Mungwe, documentary and arts producer working at Social Transformation and Empowerment Projects (STEPS), where she produces a pan-African anthology of 30 documentaries from different African countries called Generation Africa. In this interview, she talks about STEPS and Generation Africa, offering specific examples of the work that has been done so far as part of the anthology through two of its documentaries, Zinder and The Last Shelter. Zinder, directed by Aicha Macky, is premiering in the International Feature Film Competition of Visions du Réel. The Last Shelter, directed by Ousmane Samassekou, is premiering in the main competition of CPH:DOX.
