FRED talks to Italian actress Miriam Karlkvist, one of this year’s European Shooting Stars, from the 64th Berlin International Film Festival.

Miriam Karlkvist was born in Reggio Calabria in 1992. She is half Italian and half Swedish. Directly after completing her high school education she made her film debut as the featured actor in SOUTH IS NOTHING directed by Fabio Mollo. The film was invited to both the Toronto and Rome International Film Festivals and will now be screened at the 2014 Berlin International Film Festival in the Generation 14plus. Miriam currently lives in Rome where she is studying acting, writing and photography.
