Margherita Vicario, cantante, e autrice e regista del film “Gloria!“, è stata premiata a Venezia con il Soundtrack Stars Award, dedicato alla migliore colonna sonora di un film italiano dell’anno. Ennesimo riconoscimento per l’opera prima di Margherita Vicario, che ha avuto un enorme riscontro all’estero, più che in Italia purtroppo, e ennesima dimostrazione del talento multiforme della artista romana. La abbiamo incontrata prima della consegna del premio.
Margherita Vicario ci racconta il processo creativo intenso e faticoso che la ha portata alla scrittura del film, alla regia e anche alla composizione della colonna sonora, per la quale ha ricevuto a Venezia il Soundtrack Stars Award. La partitura musicale, in particolare, ha spesso viaggiato creativamente in parallelo con la storia e spesso si è trovata a creare, a modellare le immagini, in modo che si sposassero al meglio con la musica che aveva composto.
