Jukka Pekka Valkeapaa is a man of great irony and particular sense of humor, with a sincere interest in the analysis of personal relationships. He puts all of this in his film, as he tells in this interview from the London Film Festival, where he reveals also the way he escaped any possible narrative trap when telling a story of domination and masochism.

Dogs Don’t Wear Pants: A dominatrix offers an emotionally paralyzed widower an unexpected chance for sexual and psychological release in this playful dark comedy.
