FRED’s Matt Micucci chats with filmmaker Frauke Finsterwalder on her narrative feature film debut FINSTERWORLD, which is screening at the 59th Cork Film Festival. She talks to us about how for this film she built a whole microcosm, how she was influenced by fairytales and her use of dark comedy to deal with some dark and intense themes and issues.
