PODCAST | Cristiana Palmieri interviews Eddie Tamir, artistic director of the Jewish International Film Festival.
This year’s program includes 52 features films, documentaries, and series. All of them, with just one exception, are Australian premieres and many are coming from international film festivals. Eddie delves into some highlights of the program and talks about JIFF and its capacity to connect past and present, and very distant geographic locations thanks to its universal stories that feel personal and relatable.
JIFF is running nationally in Australia in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra, Gold Coast, Hobart, and it will close in Perth on 7 December.
