Cecilia Roth, una de las actrices de la película El prófugo de Natalia Meta, a competición en la Berlinale 2020, charla con FRED Film Radio sobre este thriller psicológico protagonizado por Erika Rivas. La intérprete reflexiona sobre cómo selecciona los papeles para el cine y sobre la figura de Pedro Almodóvar en su carrera cinematográfica.

El prófugo: Inés (Érica Rivas), es una mujer que, tras un episodio traumático durante un viaje con su pareja (Daniel Hendler), comienza a confundir la frontera entre lo real y lo imaginario. Vívidas pesadillas y sonidos recurrentes invaden la vida cotidiana que lleva junto a su madre (Cecilia Roth), hasta que ensayando para un concierto conoce a Alberto (Nahuel Pérez Biscayart), un joven que se acomoda a su mundo sin cuestionamientos. Pero Inés no puede evitar una sensación peligrosa: hay seres que provienen de sus sueños. Seres que quieren quedarse para siempre.
